BALTECH SA-4200

During repair of dynamic equipment it is important to perform shaft alignment and balancing. BALTECH SA-4200 is a system for alignment of electric motors with digital electronic indicators on the bases of a pocket computer. The system is designed to perform the shaft alignment of horizontal and vertical machines. During the repair and set-up of the dynamic machines it is recommended to check piping tension, replace bearings, check for soft foot and compensate thermal growth. To ensure fast and precise alignment of electric motors always use the calibration steel shims BALTECH-23458N Series.

• Shaft alignment of horizontal electric motors 9-0-3;
• Check and elimination of soft foot during the alignment of electric motors;
• Compensation of shaft floating on oil wedge (shaft alignment of sleeve bearings);
