BALTECH VP-3470 allows to perform a dynamic balancing of rotors in their own bearings at the operating speed. The main reason of the elevated vibration is an unbalance, which leads to bearing heat and destruction. BALTECH has developed BALTECH VP-3470 for the dynamic balancing of fans, exhausters and electric motors.
The dynamic balancing is performed based on 3 planes and 8 control points. The balancing procedure includes three stages: measurement of an initial vibration and phase, test run, calculation and installation of balancing masses, check run. A built-in vector calculator allows to carry out addition or subtraction of vectors if the calculated mass can’t be mounted on the calculated location. BALTECH VP-3470 makes it possible to perform a harmonic vibration analysis to detect a reason of the elevated vibration. Balancing protocols are stored in the device memory and can be transferred to the BALTECH Expertsoftware
Features of BALTECH VP-3470:
- Vibration meter mode: measurement of the overall vibration (vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, vibration displacement, RMS, Peak, excess)
- Phase meter mode
- Tachometer mode
- Multiple plane balancing with BALTECH Balance the balancing software (test run, mode- dynamic influence coefficient)
- Test mass calculation
- Calculation of a test mass and angle of the balancing mass location
- Stroboscope connection
- Waveform measurement (oscillograph mode)
- Spectral analysis (vibration velocity, vibration acceleration, vibration displacement)
- Time domain and spectral analysis of high- frequency envelope
- Temperature measurement (contact sensor)
- BALTECH VP-3470 allows to transfer the measurement data to the software BALTECH Expert for database management, data analysis, prediction, diagnostics and report creation.
