Improper bearing installation leads to 12% of premature failure of bearings and, as a result, of the whole bearing unit. Installation of bearings, seals, sleeves, guides of bearing roller and sheaves on a shaft can be conducted with a special tool kit BALTECH TOOLS.

The kit consists of shockproof polymeric rings that prevent contact of metal surfaces and thus avoid possible defects of shaft surface. The set also contains alloy sleeves and a special ergonomic inertialess hammer. The main advantage of using the kit «BALTECH TOOLS» is that during bearing installation it allows to avoid bearing race damage, i.e. the bearing is not defected and can be properly and reliably operate in future. This is because during bearing installation ends of inner and outer rings are in a one plane, shockproof polymeric rings uniformly transmit force to the bearing ring, while the applied shock pulse doesn’t pass through rolling elements.

All the polymeric shockproof rings are marked. The kit contains 36 shockproof rings (that provide installation of bearings of more than 490 types), inertialess hammer and three alloy sleeves. The kit is packed into a handy lightweight case
